Anyone wanting a good book on web design will find this one useful. These are many illustrations, showing the html and the results. The before and after method, with the html source is especially useful for understanding frames and other technical aspects of html.

The introductory chapters cover aspects of what is a web site, who is your target audience. There are a number of colour pages in the middle of the book, which is as applicable of PC’s as it is for macs. Throughout the book, photoshop, fireworks and paintshop pro are used for augmenting your pages.

A useful well written book for the beginner who wants a book to keep by them as they learn and gain confidence.
